So I've really taken a liking to ellen barrett workouts. I love the fluidity of the workouts. However, I can't help but feel like the hour is wasted by not doing heavier weight work. All you read is how light weights do nothing for the body and one should lift heavier to shape a muscle. So I wanted to know others opinions on this matter. I'm really not into lifting anymore and prefer yoga, pilates, cardio infused workouts instead. Am I wasting my time?
