<--now has no excuse not to Boot Camp it!!!

<-- went to butts and guts this morning, after all the leg work at bootcamp
<-- then went to a "low impact cardio sculpt class"
<-- was NOT a fan
<-- says we either did basics, corner to corner, repeaters, and 6 total v-steps the entire 30 minutes
<-- got really p___ed at the instructor who did a DIFFERENT repeater every time she was doing a repeater
<-- could not understand why she was doing what she was doing
<-- told her <-- was okay to take care of <--self when she came to <-- and said "are you superfit? like, police officer fit?" because <-- had 8lbs
<-- believes she had 2lbs
<-- explains, to be fair, she was pretty much throwing the weights around the entire time and the 8lbs did get heavy on the 39,342th basic step
<-- remembers that ooh yes we did change lead legs in there, too, so that was a change
<-- says she also spent the time discussing our tummies and our bellies
