Welcome back! I just got back into the swing of things myself, after being off for almost 6 months from a knee injury. I just kinda jumped right in. The first couple of weeks, I did cardio and total body workouts (LIC, Push/Pull, Cardio & Weights...Step, Jump, Pump). Once I felt a little stronger I stepped it up and did the harder weight workouts. Don't worry - it comes back quick.
And don't get frustrated if you can't finish a workout the first couple times you do them. Especially if you've been sick. It might take a short time. I think I kept my cardio to a half hour when I first came back.
