Just wanted to say that I think "walking lunges" are one of the BEST exercises for the glutes. You walk from one side of the room to the other alternating legs (of course, don't think you could do any other way! Ha!)They actually can take your heart rate aerobic too. Hard, but effective. Try using hand held weights once you master your form being sure not to extend your knee PAST your toes and also keeping your shoulders back and straight and pushing off your front heel with each rep.
