hi everybody...
well, i've been really getting into yoga and pilates of late..and like it..BUT...i've noticed that although i'm pretty flexible in my lower body, my UPPER BODY is really tight.
i do the basic tricep, bicep, delt stretches along w/ good 'ol downward facing dog to stretch my upper body..but i was wondering if anybody had any suggestions for either a good video that has good upper body stretching in it, or some good stretches i can do to increase my upper body flexibility.
i realize doing yoga over a period of time, my flexibility will increase doing the poses..but was hoping for a good stretch tape as well.
btw, i was contemplating either karen voight's yoga focus (supposedly a good stretch at the end of it?) or janis saffell's dynamic stretch...(but sounds like she doesn't hold the stretches that long?) would appreciate any rec's!
