Hi ladies, havent done STS in awhile and want to start a rotation again. Would I still get the results I want by skipping Meso 1 and just doing Meso 2 and 3? Or would I benefit more by doing all three? Thanks Ladies!! Lori
I guess it depends on what you mean by getting the results you "want." If you want to focus more on building muscle and working yourself up to heavier weights, then I would say definitely give your plan a try. In the past I have done STS (3x!!!) as originally plotted out to get the results Cathe had in mind, but I was thinking the next time I do STS, I will focus on Mesos 1 and 2 because I get the best results from doing lower weight/higher rep workouts. (Kinda the opposite of your plan. ) But change is good, right?
Plus, sometimes it's simply a good idea to plan rotations based on things that sound appealing to you so you stay motivated to keep working out regularly. I'm not a personal trainer or anything, so these are just my 2 cents. Whatever you decide, I do hope you get the results you "want."
