I need a new cardio DVD like a hole in the head, but I hate to pass up the discount and free shipping too.

I was considering this one too because I really liked the first one and it's nice to have something specifically for the treadmill. Have you noticed on the order page though it says this item is currently out of stock? I wonder why it says that since "duh" it hasn't been filmed yet.

I ordered. I don't have the first one but just learned about it a few days ago and I liked the look of that one from the clip. When I saw the preorder for the newer one I took it as a sign that I really needed another workout DVD

I pre-ordered. I really liked the first Walking Strong and use it often enough that another option will be nice. AND Allie is supposed to be in this one!

I wondered the same thing Liann. I think they could have come up with better verbiage but maybe the ordering software they use only has an in or out of stock verbiage option.

It is a circuit/interval workout done on the treadmill. You use weights at times, change speed or incline, do walking lunges, and walk sideways on the treadmill. I got it. I couldn't pass up the lower price, free shipping and a free mp3 download. I just purchased walking strong from deep discount. I can't wait; although we will have to wait a while for the down;oad!
