I start my day with a 5 mile walk. I live in CT. I walk all year round. If it is icy out or very windy I might skip a day. In the dead of winter I might cut it to 3 miles. When I get home from my walk I do a Cathe tape. I walk 7 days a week and 5 days do Cathe. If I am tired I pick something easy like Push-Pull or Supersets. My favorites are strength training.
I like walking I love the fresh air. I live on the coast so I walk along the beach.
