Ahhhh...cooler air, clear nights, starry skies.....I love fall weather. According to the Cathe calender, results last month, .9 lb weight loss, actually hitting the 130's five to six times in the last week or so, it's a shift. Biggest numbers though at the waist 1 inch lost there and high waist, 1 1/2, that just can't be right. biceps + a little...but it's not just flab anymore...:)

Haven't really focused solely on lifting heavier, this month a little more...

Drill Max Monday, a.m., Basic barbell workout, p.m. Last week I lifted my first 40lb. squat, "Cathe Weight", yay! not really. Cathe does that many more times than I did (after warm up, 3 sets x 5 reps). And she does it a lot faster!

It was a cool feeling though, I know I couldn't do that before....:p

I'm throwing Drill Max in there today, it's so upbeat and I miss my Cathe's!...:eek:
 
Guillermo Gomez, Kickbox Underground today. Basic barbell routine scrapped yesterday, Drill Max, definitely enough for one day!
 
Basic barbell routine today, I may have to get IMax 2 out again and review it, next week may be an Imax Monday! Hmmmmm??????

Thurs, Kickbox Underground, again, Friday off, Saturday Cardio & Weights, that was a good workout. Rotation planning for the next few weeks and the new year. Circuits, kickbox, total body, step, 3 day & 5 day splits. I still can't do those squat turn squat thingies, well maybe on the floor....:mad:...and pushups.....I console myself by doing a plank on the bathroom scale, nope can't lift that yet....:mad:...Goal for 2011...at least two full sets of ten triceps pushups on my toes....I never found a lack of strength annoying, now it just makes me....:mad:....:eek:

Indian Summer! And there's plenty to do outside!.....:)
Step Heat today...it's got Abs...and can't remember doing this one......:D

Legs & Glutes today, cataloging all my workouts with numbers from my HRM, it's pretty neat, I'll have some strictly aerobic workouts to balance out higher intensity workouts, last month I didn't have enough recovery workout days to balance out ones like High Step Challenge (Wendy-Fit_mommy, was right about that one!) Really interested to see what happens with the lower body workouts & total body workouts like Muscle Max, I always burn a lot of calories with that one. I wonder how High Step challenge would compare to Drill Max? can't wait to see that one...:confused:

Step Jam today, albeit on tired legs....:p....yep, I think I'll try High Reps first when it gets here and join in Intensity for Turkeyday!

Walk it out today, that's what I have those Leslie's for...:)....4 miles...something like it tomorrow so I can start a new 6 day rotation Sunday - Saturday

Circuit (or maybe Atletica, haven't really done this yet)
Step Max (always a fave)
Total Body (High Reps if it's here!) Supersets if not
Kick Punch & Crunch (seriously, how long can you go without doing that one!)
Lower Body (will preempt for Intensity!)
Step Fit (we're just working through all the steps again, round two)
Rest Day (walk it out)

I do so much better with monthly rotations, back to it for December....:D
 
Saturday off, Sunday Atletica, very late in the day (7:30 p.m.) for a workout, sometimes though I just do them anyway that late, to get them in. I like getting things done in the morning but in the past it seemed like that was the same time I liked to get everything else done too. I do try to change it up a bit just so I know I can without feeling like it's thrown the schedule off.

Fit right in to this week's rotation. Today, I couldn't help but think I just want to curl up with a good book....:)

Viewed Intensity last night, that's a mover too! Are you winded!

Yeah, will give this a try today, it looks tough! may just try out a premix first, am I skeeeered? Yeah!

No workout yesterday, I cooked...:)....traditional, Turkey, stuffed, mashed potatoes (with a little garlic), gravy, fresh brussel sprouts, sauteed mushrooms, hearty grain crusty rolls...Sam Adams winter ale (one, one's enough)

theme was tavern style, and I really didn't do everything homemade...but it all came out perfect...I don't ever remember making a holiday meal that was so good (I'm still rather challenged that way...:eek:...sometimes, I haven't made turkey for a while either)

Dessert, sky high apple pie.

Can't really overeat anymore without feeling sick in the stomach (that's Cathe ab-work for ya) I lost .2 lb., last week I was exactly the same for 4 days in a row (for 5 out seven days) I am so thankful that I achieved that measure of weight, I can't say control anymore, because this seems like the way it should be, normal. I am just so thankful that weight is not the focus. It's health, it's nutrition, it's fitness. That's part age I'm sure talking, the other part though is change, a total shift.

I previewed Cathe's LBB & STS TB, I think I'll enjoy them both, but today I'm thinking it's KPC, really how long can you go without that? Right back to it!
