Hi ladies, I have been reading the posts on this site for a couple of weeks now and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Heather and I have been very athletic and "fit" most of my life. However, I had a son Benjamin this past January and am still struggling to get the last of the weight off. I gained 55 (actually closer to 60-yikes!) pounds while I was pg, and have lost 35 of it. So 25 more to go. I have been losing at a pretty slow rate, but not too discouraged about it (still breastfeeding). My goal was to be back at my pre-pg weight by my son's first birthday. Hopefully that will happen. Right now I am pretty erratic about my work-out schedule. I am trying to spin at my gym either 2 or 3 times a week, 2 sculpt classes a week and the rest of the days I take about an hour long walk. But with the weather getting colder, I wanted to get some inside exercise tapes. I ordered my first Cathe videos last week. I ordered Cardio Kicks, Circuit Max, MIS, PowerHour and Body Max. I know, I know I am going to get my butt kicked, from reading how tough they all are. But I am so excited and I will just take it slow if I have to. I need to purchase a step and some more dumbells. Dh is a little overwhelmed by all of this . I look forward to getting to know you all better. Thanks, Heather
