All aboard…

How was everyone’s day? I had a half and half kind of day. Ate very well for the first half. Gayle- I bought the Kashi Mighty Bites- great snack! My aunt and her family were over for her b’day, and I ate two pieces of cake. However, I don’t feel guilty. I was hungry, and it was yummy. Perhaps I should have stopped at one, but, I didn’t. Try and try again!

Your day sounds good! You have to have just a little sometimes! I was good today. I had my 3 meals and 2 snacks. I was at a conference all day and they had yummy desserts. Well...I had just one small brownie...not 12 like I would've had last week (not exaggerating), and I didn't try the caramel toffee ones, either!

I did BootCamp last night and just got done doing LowMax. I feel so much better ON the wagon, instead of pulling the wagon with all my junk food!

I also started logging my food again on sparkpeople.com. I know that helps keep me honest about what is going in my mouth!

You gotta check it out!!! It is a FREE website that lets you enter in your food for the day and tells you how many calories you ate and breaks it down into carbs/fat, etc. It gives you a range of where you should be eating, too. I think that it is too low (1200-1500 for me), but it makes me accountable for what I eat. It will give you a program for recommended foods, a shopping list and everything. It gives recipes and all kinds of great articles. They have a forum, too.

I just use it and manually enter my own food. It takes a little longer that way, but it lets me know where I am, and I know that I will be brutal and enter in everything! I even used it on a cruise recently (35 cents a minute for the internet on board the ship!), just to see what kind of calories I was consuming on the ship. It wasn't too bad!

Hi, ladies...gotta be quick. I didn't check in last night, no time.

Stayed completely 'on program' and ate well again. Today is Day 4.

I'll check in tonight!
