W/O Modification question for pregnancy...

Hello!

I did the Body Fusion work out for the first time and I have a question...due to the little person in my belly, I should be keeping my work outs pretty low impact. Well I can't figure out how to change those "scissors" she does to low impact. All I could do and still stay in time w/Cathe was a repeater knee lift. Any other suggestions?? :)

Hi Wendy! That was a good question. I was planning on doing that workout in about 10 minutes-now I will know what to do when Cathe does scissors (thanks Shelia).

In Body Fusion I do lunges, or just tap my foot front and back in time with their scissors. It depends on my energy level!

I'm doing the step portion of Body Fusion again tonight. Skipping the weights though because I am doing all cardio this evening. Going to hop on the Gazelle for 30 mins after step.
