viewing videos through buying doesn't work

I was trying to view a few video's by clicking on the buy button and the video doesn't seem to be working. This is only happening on the dvd's with more than 1 workout on it, for example step blast and step, jump, & pump. All it says is "an error has occurred, please try again later." This has been occurring now for a few days. Like I said, it's only with multiple workouts to view and only when you click on the buy button to view the video's. I hope I'm explaining this right.

video clips problem

Thanks for letting us know. Looks like our shopping cart provider made some changes that affected our older video clips. We've fixed most of the problems and will fix the remaining problems tomorrow.
