Using a set of lighter pound dumbbells, we'll be doing seven consecutive compound exercises (giant set) for approximately 10 to 12 reps per exercise. We will repeat these seven exercises for a total of four rounds of giant sets. There will be very little rest between each exercise and at the end of each round there will be a slightly longer rest. This work out will increase your stamina, burn body fat and tone muscles.

Handweights: A set of 8''s (or slightly lighter or heavier)
