I did Butts & Gutts this morning & just had a stinky workout! I got a decent workout & it was better than nothing, of course, but I didn't get that killer feeling that I love from that workout. I kept trying to re-group and focus but it just didn't happen today.

...and now I am cranky x(
 
I HATE when that happens. At least you can console yourself with the fact that you got your workout in today. There's always tomorrow huh? As for me, I'm knee deep in chocolate chip cookie dough guilt.}(

Don't be cranky--you did it! We all have those off days. I did legs/chest Tuesday night after my off week & expected to feel stronger & tougher, but for some reason I struggled thru the whole thing & have had major DOMS for the last 2 days. x(

Hey, at least you didn't hit that snooze button an extra 4 times. ;-) You should feel accomplished, not cranky.......
 
Heck yeah! I spent yesterday in bed with mind numbing cramps, and three days before that, mind numbing PMS that did not include exercise, just frequent trips to the fridge!!}(
But today, even though exercise will be tough (it always is during my horrid periods), I will attempt moving this body around for at least 30 minutes!

Exercise is something you have to do the rest of your life, you will have bad days and even worse weeks, but then comes those awesome ones that you feel powerful and strong!! Chin up girl, let's get it done!!:7
 
Christine...you're right, it's better then nothing. We all have those days. Many have days they don't do anything so be glad it's done and tomorrow is a new day! (You're allowed to be CRANKY for a day! :7)
