Anyone read Brendan Brazier's new book yet? I would recomend it to anyone looking for more information on the Vegan lifestyle from an athletic view. The book has a lot of good recipes for anything from energy jels or sports drinks to regular meals. While I enjoyed reading ETL I think the Thrive books has information in to give me that extra edge I thought I needed as someone who works out six days a week.
