Variety?

I love variety in an exercise DVD - doesn't matter what type as long as it's mostly low impact and an intermediate level. I also love lifting. Any suggestions?

Of Cathe's, I have Slow and Heavy, Push/Pull/Supersets, Gym Styles, Pyramids and Basic Step. I think I have enough of hers already but if there's another tape really good for variety, please let me know! I do love the pace she lifts at although I'm not sure how much faster or more complex I could handle for her step routines.

I also have lots of the Firms - love the variety in them but sometimes I find they go too fast for me to follow smoothly. More patience and more practice would probably help a lot!

Just finished Dumb Training with Patrick for the first time. I'm amazed that in all my years of exercising, there were moves in it that I've never done before. I really enjoyed it.

Well gotta give a shout to Cathe's STS program, with 41 different workouts, it certainly has variety.

If you are looking for just one, Amy Bento's All Pump Xtreme is a weight lifting dvd that uses about every piece of equipment I have in my house, the dvd is 120 min. long, but has many premixes to break it up into different routines.

1. CLX (Chalean Extreme) - my BEST fitness purchase maybe ever
2. SloMo - www.nrgfitness.net will give you a nice long preview if you click on products and scroll down until you find the SloMo clip.
3. Jari Love for endurance weight training and for when I just want the ultra calm delivery if you can get over the carb talk - I found most of her workouts at Ross and TJ Maxx for WAY cheap.
4. The TLT's (Endurance for Movement, Better Burn Better Buns, & Strength In Movement) for cardio/functional fitness training

I too love variety and was recently in a rutt when it came to rotations (have all of Cathe's workouts except 1 or 2) but I am currently LOVING CLX. It is a very unique exercise program and it's my very first experience with Beach Body. I can't help you with cardio as I love advanced, somewhat complex stuff. I've recently traded for several Turbo Jams and Chalene does show low impact options and that is some of the most cardio fun I've had in a long time. The music is fun, fun, fun and goes perfectly with the choreography.
