USING YOUR VIDEOS

Hello Cathe,
I have recently purchased 2 more of your videos. They are: Maximum Intensity Strength & Interval Max, to add to my existing collection of Step Fit & Body Max--love them! I work out 5 mornings a week. Before I received the new tapes I was alternating between Step Fit & Body Max. I also attend an advanced Kick Box class once a week. My fitness goal is not really to lose weight, I would like to firm up & trim a little fat (inches) in the "problem areas" (you know the ones!) I know this means aerobic activity as well as weight training, I just don't know how to use your tapes the best way possible. I would appreciate your advice. Thanks!

A suggestion

You'll have to experiment to see what works best but I'll give you a suggestion to start off your first experiment

Monday-----Your KICKBOX class(or trade the workout with whatever day the kickbox class falls on).

Tuesday----MAX. INT. STRENGTH

Wed--------Step Fit

Thursday---Intervalmax

Fri--------MAX. INT. STRENGTH

Sat--------Body Max

Sun--------day off

If you would like a fifth day of cardio, then I would do a 40 minute walk/run workout on the day of Maximum Intensity Strength(preferrably spaced atleast a few hours apart). Try to keep one solid day off of working out per week so that your body can replenish, restore, and recover.
