urban rebounder?

I have the rebounder and it's work outs. They get my heart rate up but nothing like a Cathe work out! I use them for light cardio days or days when I want less/no impact. I also use them to mix it up for cross-training purposes. Sometimes I will do my own thing and run on it, doing jumping jacks, jump rope, etc. I find that this gets my heart rate up much higher than just doing the actual rebounder work outs I have. I think the work outs are a fun change of pace though so I don't regret buying them.
