I got it a month ago from ebay, the model is gym model. It can not being folded. But it is very sturdy and strong. I love it. I have a knee problem. It is hard to do all Cathy jumps in the floor, even I put the foam mats on my cement basement. I was very happy about it. It came with a bunch of videos. I worked with 2 videos so far.
How do you incorporate to your cardio workout?
