Does anyone else have a problem with their shoulder blades? It seems that when I do lat work it bothers my right shoulder blade. I'm wondering if it really matters if I just totally leave out back work. I went to much lighter weights so the pain is not really bad anymore but I would really not rather have it at all.
Comments would be appreciated.
While I'm at it I just have to say that CTX series really works for me. I've been doing step for 10 years and I was getting to the point where I just didn't have the enthusiasm in the mornings like I used to. These videos are just perfect (not to long) and the time just flies, and they are fun. Then on weekends I go crazy at the gym with extra long workouts. I thought I might put on weight since the workouts are shorter than I'm used to doing, but no, still weigh the same.
