Well, I hurt my back after a recent work out and have been in severe pain since last Tuesday. Been to the chiropractor and nothing helped there so went to my regular doctor. He put me on pain killers and anti-inflamatory meds and told me not to exercise except I can walk on the treadmill. My question. Will I be able to get a decent workout on the treadmill? I can't jog or run until I am pain free for at least 3 days and then and only then can I start back up with light weights. I am so frustrated because I finally got a routine that I could maintain and now I am going to have to start all over. Thanks for you help.
