I have just done the chest/Triceps/Shoulders video and I am so proud that I chest pressed 20lbs today for all sets, that's a big achievemnet for me, obviously strength gains are there even though no definition is taking place.  However, I was looking at the video and wondering how you all get that nice shape to your arm, you know, the bit where your arm joins your shoulder?  It looks like a horseshoe shape and it is very nice, what exercises can we do to achieve that shape?  I'd love to look like that!!!!  And can I add how wonderfull and friendly this web site is, I love logging on and finding out the latest it;s like having loads of firends.  Keep up the good work girls.
