Update on Sending Rotations Documents

Hi everyone -

I've received well over 100 requests now for the Cathe Forums Rotations, Volumes I and II, and the not-yet-created Volume III which will start with the new 2001 videos. I am adding a table of contents to Volumes I & II before I send them out, and adding a couple of new rotations, so I hope to have all of this done and all the batches sent by the end of this week.

I have created these documents in MS Word 2000, by the way. If any of you need for me to send the documents to you formatted for an earlier version of Word, please send me an e-mail and tell me what you need.

Hey, you lucky people who are getting the new videos before us DVD buyers -- PLEASE give us some rotation ideas ASAP. (It's the LEAST you can do to atone for having gotten your goodies so much sooner than us! ;-))

Rotation ideas

Kathy - did you see the rotation suggestion Cathe posted in the Ask Cathe forum in the "how to get in shape for my wedding" thread? A couple of the weeks had the new workouts in them - for example, Slow and Heavy would be on Mon, Wed, Friday one week, the next week would have Power Hour twice and Bodymax once. The workout suggestions are long, though, and would have to be modified for those who don't have time for long exercise sessions.
Can't wait for those new tapes!!
