My left bicep, tricep and shoulder are weaker and less defined than my right side. So, a couple of months ago I started using dumbbells whenever an exercise called for a barbell, just so the left side would do equal work. I also added one extra set of an exercise for each muscle on the left side. Still, I've had no added results. I have tried to add more than one set on the left side for each muscle, but I'm usually already to failure from the regular exercises. Anyone have this problem and have successfully managed it? I was hoping that some of you ladies who have reached your goals and are well defined and strong could offer some advice. This is just making me mad. Thanks!
