understanding & personalizing rotations

Hi Cathe',
I'm new here to the forum, but not new to the workouts. I have been enjoying your workouts for years. Your the best! Question for you. How do I personalize and rotate Cathe' workouts to meet MY goals? I was considering another video line, but I know yours are solid, healthy, and enjoyable and thought the addition unnecessary. My problem is knowing how to select and rotate on my own. My stats are similar to many women;

Loose weight
maintain muscle - I bulk easily
have a stream line body - lithe look not bulky
medium choreography - don't want to think too hard
adv. workout

How do I sort through your extensive library of workouts and rotate the correct ones? Thank you for any assistance you can offer and thanks for making working out fun:D

You might want to post this question in the 'Open Discussion" or "Video/DVD questions" forum as well, so you can get some longer feedback from other forum members.
 
Have you looked at some of Cathe's rotations that she's designed? There is an index over on the Rotations forum (be sure to scroll down past the initial list, as it's been continually edited to add each new rotation that's been posted), and each has a general "theme" for the month. I love these and find them really helpful.

I didn't know that was there. I looked and the only clear one I saw might be body fat/legs and glutes. Although the legs and glutes could still be a muscle building workout. I tend to get thick very quickly so I hope to fine tune the workouts to suit my goals. Thanks for the info. Maybe Cathe' can tell me which of those would be suitable.
 
I have the same goals as you so I'll be watching for suggestions.

I love Rhythmic Step and I think that's the most complicated I can go.
