UK'ers received order?

Hi there, I am in the UK, and received a shipping notice on Wednesday from CKSales, so I have a feeling they will be arriving either Mon, Tues or Weds next week. I ordered mine in November. I'll keep you posted !

I would e mail them, they have an excellent customer service. They've always got back to me the same day.
My fear is the dvds will be rattling around the box, and scratched to high heaven !

I emailed CK Sales' customer service team on Thursday (yesterday 10th) and they told me my order had gone out that morning - which I was slightly disappointed with as I was under the impression that they'd all be out within 24hrs (but that's just me wanting them ASAP).
Anyway...I ordered them on 5th August and from past experience, they usually take around a week to arrive (let's hope it's sooner). Hope I won't have to pay anything extra when they arrive! Have managed to avoid this so far but I know someone posted about it being 'hit and miss' as to whether there were extra charges.
Make sure you post when they arrive

How much have you had to pay in the past? I know when I first ordered from Cathe by UPS, I had to pay an extra £30!!!! Have heard it in the region of £5-10....But then there are 11 dvds (eeeeek).

Hi Andrea,
When I ordered the CTX series on VHS, I was charged £11's for import tax, and that was before UPS started delivering. I never order more than 4 VHS or 4 dvds at a time now from CKSales, that way I know that there won't be anything extra to pay.
I've only ordered 4 dvds from HC - I wish I'd pre-ordered more

When I've ordered 2 dvds from them in the past, I've not had to pay anything extra - no handling and no import duties. Looks like it depends if customs are in a good mood or not
I could be stung this time then...will have to take my cheque book when I go and pick them up from the Post Office!!!
