Tylenol PM

Have any of you taken tylenol PM while pregnant? If so for how long and how often?
Im having trouble sleeping it takes me forever to fall asleep.....

my obgyn was okay with it the whole pregnancy adn I took it. it was originally designed to be an anti nausea drug for preggo women but made them all sleepy. check with your doctor, since you never know what they say is okay, all docs are different. But I took it and it helped a ton. especially in the last huge weeks.
