Two more kitty questions

RE: Guess who came out to play last night.........

:) :) :) :) :) :) That's one of the reason's I picked the name.

So here's a question: are mice instinctually afraid of cats? Because I have not seen a single mouse dropping since Minnie moved in, & it's not like she's been chasing them all over the first floor, she's still staying pretty confined.

Totally cool. My vermin problem was solved by a 2 lb kitty. :7

Not "mouse," but "mouseR"(the one who will...Laura hopes! catch the mice).

Some say that you can repel mice by using the urine of felines (they smell whatever it is in the urine that cues them into the fact that there is a mouse-eating animal around). You can even by dehydrated wild cat (tiger, lion, etc.) urine for the purpose (how they obtain it, I don't even want to know!).

I hope your mouse problem is solved, but it may be just temporary.
Mice can get used to the presence of cats, and some will even walk up to a cat bowl and eat in front of a cat who couldn't care less.
