Exercising with a twin pregnancy

Congratulations! What fun. You will have to keep us posted on the forum as to how "you three" are doing!
First, although these books are not specific to exercising with twins, I would definitely purchase "Exercising Through Your Pregnancy" by Dr. James Clapp III and "Essential Exercises For The Childbearing Year" by Elizabeth Noble. They can be purchased in any bookstore or online. I have found the best online price at buy.com for the both of them. These should be your "bibles."
All of the information presented on our forum regarding modifications, ab work, etc. would apply to a twin pregnancy as well. I am going to list some of my favorite posts regarding your questions that have been addressed on our forum. There is a wealth of information here and I would suggest just starting from the beginning and reading. We have amassed quite a collection of information since starting last summer. Happy reading!
