Mariangles, did you notice that the YOU TUBE video was removed? I was bummed out because I wanted to show my daughter the preview...we are both huge TJ fans.deb

I can't understand why the have removed the preview. This was not my YOU TUBE video. I found it when I searched for turbo Jam on the You Tube website and I decided to post the link becuase I know there are lot of people interested in the new Turbo Jam workouts.Maybe they decided to remove the video becuase they are receiving a bunch of e-mails asking about the release of the new Turbo Jam workouts.

That could be. I am sure glad that I got a sneak peak though;-) . Many times I use these workouts in the "doubles" rotation of P90x for the extra cardio. I enjoy the turbo sculpt too! Just recently I pulled out an oldie but a goodie called The Great Weighted Workout by Karen Voight. Sometimes I really enjoy a light weight/High rep workout that juuuuust flooooows and Turbo sculpt and Great weighted workout have that feel to them. These workouts speak to the dancer in me. :7
