Hey guys..
I guess it's the first time in BB's history, but I requested a Saturday afternoon chat so I could talk to those who normally at work or busy with homework, etc. on week nights. I hope you'll stop by and chat with me THIS SATURDAY...4:00 PST and 7:00 EST....
We finished filming two new workouts yesterday (which you can read a bit more about on my blog) and I can't wait to tell ya all about them and the 4 more I'll be filming in 3 weeks!
As always, you feedback is so helpful. Stop by and let me know about your progress, questions, challenges and wish lists!
