Turbo Jam Maximum results - how intense are they?

Hi all!

I noticed that Turbo Jam Max.results (?) workouts seem to be a suggested workout from a lot of members here!!

Can you tell me are they as advanced/intense as Cathe's workouts? Approximately how long are they? All cardio or cardio/toning combined?

Sorry if this is repetitive (noticed others posting questions about different workout options), but was hoping I could find out a little more detail about these,where you purchased them from...

Sorry I don't have any information on this, but I would love to know the answer to this, as well. I see another thread where a lot of people are saying this is their favorite non-Cathe workout. I did see on their website that they are anywhere from 30-50 minutes in length, but I would also like to know how intense they are and if they are for advanced or intermediate exercisers.
 
I have these and really like them. As far as intensity I would say maybe intermediate to advanced. Fat Blaster being the most intense but short. You can do it twice though. It is an interval workout. They do the moves at a slower pace and then incorpotrate them into high intensity intervals(turbos). The actual cardio is only about 19 min on this one. Some of the exercisers use weighted gloves to intensify these. The TT one uses tubing. Some of the exercisers use weights. I have only done it once though. Next time I try it I will use weights or heavier tubing as it was very light with the tubing they sent. Not her most intense ones though. I like them enough I want to get the live ones which I do not have. I find the intensity good and the music makes them fun. The cardio party and fat blaster are all cardio. Punch Kick and Jam has a very short tubing workout on the end which I skip. I figure it would be a good add on to the TT one. I hate trying to compare someone elses workouts to another. They are all different which makes them good for crosstraining and keeping the boredom factor down:)
