I just finished the TJ Fat Blaster workout (from Max Results package). This workout was really FUN! It is kinda dancey but only if you want it to be, as the workout moves themselves are of the athletic variety. The workout consists of a warm up followed by four "turbos" (low-, then high-intensity intervals), then a cool down.
I was wondering if Chalene's form was going to bother me, but it didn't. I could tell her movements were really controlled (but only because I was really paying attention; a less experienced exerciser would probably do well to get the Learn & Burn workout to get the hang of the movement). Anyway, I really enjoyed the workout and liked Chalene's personality despite the chattiness. The workout clocked in at 30 intense minutes, so it was a great energy boost for a shorter workout day, or a good cardio add-on. I was really sweating by the end!
