Turbo Fire Clip

HOLY COW. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE these workouts. They are far better than I could have imagined. I love the energy, the music, the moves, etc. I love it all. I can't even tell you how much fun I have and how much I sweat! I have only done Fire 45 and 55 and seriously have adored both of them! I can't wait to try them all! Thanks everyone for your advice about how to use it. I'm a little type A and want to follow the nice, neat little schedule but it just doesn't seem like it's intense enough - even the 5 day inferno plan seems like it could have a little more variety to it (and those "results" - yeah right... as if).

Anyway, I'm SOOOO pumped about this program and it came at just the right time in my workout boredom!

OMG Angie I could have written your post!! I did Fire 30 last night, and Hiit 20 this morning-holy sweat! And I don't have that dread factor with the Hiit workouts that I do with some others. I can't wait to try the rest! I just wish she had a put together a longer "inferno plan". I really like those five days, but I want to do it longer!

And quick question, a bit OT, why do they tell you not to do Hiit workouts more than 3-4 days a week? Is it because of the intensity, or impact? I'd love to do a Hiit workout in the morning, then a longer workout in the evening...

It's too stressful on your body do more than 2-3x/ week IF you're putting your true max effort into the workouts. Doing it more often is self defeating as you won't improve any more, but you'll likely get injured.

HTH!
