Hi all
Today I did Drill Max segments 1-4. My goal is to burn 500 calories a day. So far so good. I started on Drill 5 but I was running out of time and subbed swings for the other stuff.
Deanie- No handstands? I'm disappointed...Just Kidding! Great workout this morning. Did I miss the Bar Mitzvah? If so, how did it go?
Melissa- I hate funerals also. I can go to a perfect strangers funeral (ie a coworker's parent-I mean I don't just randomly visit funerals for the heck of it) and cry my eyes out. I think the sadness is contagious. Who is Rich and what is BBC. I feel so behind. If I had time, I would totally go back and read the old posts.
Jane- I know what people mean when they say that someone looks good but it doesn't make it any better. I am praying for you to be at peace and keep your peace.
Marcy- I am going to have to rename that Pose dedicated to the ER or Pose Dedicated to the Chiropractor. That is definitely where I would end up tryiing to do that pose. I am so dense. When you said that you were going to 2 Step class, I thought you were going to two step classes. Duh! Have fun tonight.
Cathy- It took me forever to learn how to type in color. Click on the A with the underline under it which is above the blue box. You may have to go in your user control panel to pull it up.
Off to study....uggh. A test next Monday and one next Saturday and then done until January!!!
