I thought the writers did a gret job on this episode. What do you think verdict was, guilty or not guilty?

I was blown away by not hearing the verdict! What a way to end the show. As for what I thought...the jury is still out in my mind......Carole

Oh, the ending was very purposeful. We are to decide what the jury's decision was based on everything we saw and the trial.

I'm torn. I'm inclined to think it wasn't rape.

- She decided to go to his apartment at that time of the evening.
- She wore a teddy under her clothes.
- They found her body fluids on his shoulder.
- Her boyfriend said she liked things rough.

He was kind of creepy, though.

Candi...I know.....the ending had its purpose but, I like hearing the verdict, then I can argue!!!

I am inclined to agree with you. For all the reasons you listed. She was a bit too pathetic but then again, I have no experiances with a rape victim......Carole
