<---tells Kel that if she's syncing her MP3 player at the same computer she's downloading the workouts from, then she doesn't need to mess with CDs at all - it would be an unnecessary step

<---has been very busy at home and work and hasn't had much time for posting
<---hasn't had much time for exercising either - turns out that that pain she was having in her side was connected to a problem she is having in her lower back. Finally went to the chiropractor and was told she was very crooked. Is not even allowed to stretch her back this week :( and has to keep moist heat on it constantly...
<---hopes she can get back in shape in time for the RT
