Tubing for workouts

I am very new to Cathe and love the Basic Step/Body Fusion dvd. I went out and bought exercise tubing for the add on workouts w/ 4 different strengths. Just yesterday, I preordered LowMax and noticed that it uses reisistance bands...not tubes. Does anyone know if I will be able to use the tubes I just bought so I won't have to purchase the bands also? Thanks!

Hi Stephanie,

I'm not really sure about using the tubes in place of the bands -- there must be a reason for having/using both. I did find a 3-pack of Dyna-Bands at Fitness Warehouse Online for $10.50. I believe it includes the same bands that Cathe uses -- pink, green & purple. If you're interested, here's the link:
