Hello ladies!!! I'm starting the new thread. I will be MIA from Halloween until Veteren's Day because I will be on vacation!!!!! Yay!!!
Melanie - I haven't tried the low intensity step, but I know what you mean about the weight lifting. I didn't mind it, but it did seem longer to get through then PUB or the GS dvds. I did like High Intensity and Boot Camp a lot though. I liked the choreography on High Intensity and I like the variation on Boot Camp. Yes, it's not cardio driven, but that was okay for me because I used to be a cardio queen until couple years ago. I like doing a lot more strength training because my body has changed quite a bit since I started focusing more on strength training vs. just a whole lot of cardio. I did Kickboxing yesterday and that was okay. I bought a Jari Love dvd and she's okay. Other than Cathe, I go to the gym so I'm not to up to date on other workout dvds although I always look at them on collage videos.
Morris - Wow, 10 miles and pregnant!!! Can't believe it! I don't think I could do 10 miles and I'm not even pg, lol!
Jen - I hope you find your dvd! What a bummer!

I got 4 workouts in last week. I haven't tried the low instensity step yet so maybe I'll do that tomorrow. I think I'll pull out IMAX3 today since I can't remember the last time I did that one. I actually ate okay except for a couple days where for some reason I kept putting crap in my mouth. I had a cupcake on Friday night and so not worth it. x( :-( Other than that and the french fries, it was okay.
How is everyone's weekend so far?
