Morning Ladies -
This morning I did Barry's Chest & Abs and non-treadmill cardio with my own cool down and stretch. Workout was 75" and my HRM said I burned 400 calories, but it was really lower than that since the battery is losing power and my settings went back to default. Seems like I just changed the battery! I also did 30 minutes of Lotte Berk/Bar Method Blasts for hips/butt and abs. I did the yoga set off of Ravi & Ana's Dancin the Chakras 30".
I liked this yoga set cuz we did shoulderstand and plough while doing breath of fire. BOF was hard for me today. My sinuses have been bad the last couple weeks. I'm just finishing another course of antibiotics and they didn't help much. I REFUSE to have surgery. Funny, cuz my doctor I see for my cervical spine totally agreed with my decision and said she just talked her SIL out of it.
Yve - I'm on a few different meds for my problem. Some I take daily and others just once and a while. They only help a little, but if I wasn't on anything, I'm sure I'd be a lot worse. That's why I have to go see her every month......it's required by law since I'm on medication. I have a pretty low (almost zilch) tolerance to pain. I'm a hypersensitive person both inside and out! Not always a good thing, but oh........so true.
Brooklyn was watching a cartoon the other night. I turned the TV on and the station my DH had on came on and there was a cartoon with this caterpillar like creature carrying something around and making a funny noise and burying (spelling??) stuff in the dirt. She watched it intensely for about 10 minutes. I was cracking up! Yesterday, she jumped on the rebounder when I was doing aerobics! You really have to watch her when you're on the Elipitical, Treadmill, etc and she's so quick!
