Morning Ladies-
This morning I did Cardio Coach 1 on the Elliptical and part on the bike. Then I did Shape Bikini Body Cardio Interval workout and modified on the rebounder (cuz of my foot). Total cardio was 70" and I burned 470 calories. I also did Rapid Results Pilates - Waist Slimmer 10" and Baron Baptiste's Unlocking Athletic Power 30".
My foot is still bad. The foot doctor said to call him back tomorrow if it's not better. I also think I might call my family doctor tomorrow, as this cold has moved into my chest and my chest is burning and I don't sound very good. I also have been having some difficulty working out and breathing.
Jen - Maybe you're retaining water? I dunno......my scale never says what I want it to!! I'm not sure if I'd like that job at the phone company or not. I suppose it would be okay. Never worked in that business before....but I could learn. I'm not sure how the interview went. Maybe the girl thought I was a freak. I talk too much when I'm nervous.
