Morning Yogini's -
This morning I did Cardio Coach #1 on the Treadmill followed by TurboJam Fat Blaster and a small portion of Ultimate Tae Bo aerobics (to try it out). Session was 75" and I burned 540 calories. I also did Yoga for Surfers III - Unleashed 70".
RE: Yoga for Surfers III - didn't really like this one as much as I like the other two volumes. It had a lot of arm balances I couldn't do and headstands, etc. I didn't really care for the flow of it either....although all of the volumes are different in the flow aspect. I'll have to try it again. Maybe it was just a bit too strenuous for what my body needed today.
Meg - was that 5 Tibetans segment tough, at all? I Know the 5 Tibetans on my one Kundalini DVD is a bit too strenuous for me to want to do as a before bedtime practice. Just curious about J. Kries.
Kel - how's your FIL? Are things calming down? Thanks for the kind words about the job search.
Jen - Do you have a lot of yoga DVDs to start doing with your DH? or are you gonna have to order some??
Yve - What poundage do you usually use with that David Kirsch workout. I'm previewing it now (only did it once and now I know why - I didn't use to do planks and still have some trouble with pushups bothering my shoulder). He uses such dinky weights. Do you just do the Core Workout when you do it or do you add the upper and lower segments? I think I might try doing them all......not sure yet. It looks pretty tough and my body feels a bit beat up.
