Trying to Fit Yoga in for Thurs Feb 15

Morning Ladies -

I overslept a bit this morning.....as I'm supposed to be practicing getting up at 2:00 am......cuz if I get this job at the hospital, the hours are earlier than my previous job....so!! Anyway, by the time I rolled out of bed, the DH was finishing downstairs...so I had access to the Treadmill.

I did Cardio Coach #2 on the Treadmill and then I did Turbo Jam Fat Blaster followed by Tae Bo Amped Core Express. Total aerobics was 1.5 hours and then I did Lotte Berk Hip Hugger Abs Blast 10". I burned 630 calories at the end of the Lotte Berk Blast (1 hour 45 min). I also did Baron Baptiste's Unlocking Athletic Power 30" yoga routine. I wanted to do more yoga.......but I have to go to the grocery store this morning....so I had to quit sometime.

Meg - that blast I did today was hard. I inititally thought the blasts were just condensed segments of the workouts, but they are actually a separate ...all together different segment done high intensity. That's why I bought the DVDs......too bad they aren't on the tapes I'm sending you. I think I may take a week soon and just do Lotte Berk, Yoga, and Pilates/blend type of workouts with aerobics for a change.

Jen - When were you wanting to do a P90X rotation. I'm thinking I'll probably do another one soonish......but not sure when. Also, when I do it, I usually follow the Lean Rotation and I don't follow it to a T....as I need more aerobics than they do....so on the days during the week that they do Yoga X, I usually do cardio and then I just tack my yoga workouts on to my Sat and Sun workouts.....probably not good cuz I don't do everything in order....but oh well. Do you have the system yet?

I better go do my neck stretches and get to the grocery store.

I'll be trying to do Creative Core sometime today, so I'll let you know how it is. It does sound, interresting doesn't it?

Lora, what exercises do you do when you do neck stretches. I have awful neck aches. Especially on the left side of my neck.

Did a 90 minute vinyasa workout tonight... and I am quite sore. But did not get up early enough for cardio.

Jen - thanks for sharing your weight loss experience. It was very helpful. Hope your DH feels better soon.
