Morning Ladies -

This morning I did Cardio Coach 4 on the TM and Bike. I extended the steady state at the end to make the workout 60" and burned 400 calories. That's a toughie. There's no air in our basement either. I then did Fluidity Legs/Abs for Beginners 25" and Eion Finn's Power Yoga for Happiness - Daily Dose of Bliss 40" (felt good).

We're going to see the Fantastic Four movie later today. My last day of FREEDOM!!

Anyone ever hear anything about this fitness system?

Jen - you're legs get sore on the outer parts from running? My hamstrings and right where the glutes meet them get REALLY sore and tight from running.....but mostly tight to the point that no amount of stretching or yoga relieves the tightness. The house flipping all depends on each particular situation. The last house had a lien against it and was held up in the courts and then sat on the market for a long time, as it didn't have a basement and the market was flooded. Lesson 1 learned - no basement....no buy!! This time, we purchased back on 2-6 and the people wouldn't move out of the house. We couldn't do anything legally to evict them until all of the paperwork had gone thru the courts and then ....the Courts couldn't find the Deed or the paperwork needed (it was lost). I finally had to call down there and be pushy cuz they kept saying they couldn't find it -- so I asked them what they suggested we do, start over?? then they found the paperwork needed. Then we still had to wait for the people to be served with papers from the Sheriff and then they had so many days to leave the premises.....so we just got in there at the beginning of June. Then we ran into the gas line problem that needed the gas company to fix and now the painter we had scheduled dropped off radar .....so my DH has been painting all weekend and hired a few other people to finish it the beginning of the week. He is aiming to have it on the market by the end of the week and we hope it goes in a couple months. He's mad right now and says he's not doing this any more.....he's the kind of person that is a mover and shaker and he's on top of things....so this is very stressful for him (when people are unreliable, etc).

Did you see my post over at hardcore's yesterday about Jillian Michael's book? That's the rotation Dallys is doing and I'm planning on starting it in a few weeks if you'd want to buy the book and join me?? I don't want to start it this week cuz I'm like ADD girl following books and I can't handle a new job and working out from a book (new to me) in the same week !! LOL

Have a great day.

Hi ladies! I have my usual grocery store run this morning. Gotta stock back up on fruit and other healthy stuff. It was a bad eating weekend. I think I am still pi$$ed from my weigh in Friday. (Not that I thought excessive food would help that situation-it was more of a throw my hands up, what the he!! kinda' thing.) I did not work out last night either. Sometimes I think mental breaks are just as important as physical ones.

Lora-What is the name of Jillian's book? I will check it out but I may not buy it right now. I have been spending money at these parties over the past couple of weekends, which has taken away from other things I need to get right now. No matter what though, I will be doing some sort of circuits right along with you. I will be starting my circuits today. I will check out the link you provided when I come back-I have not heard of that. Has this been the most stressful house flip you guys have done so far? I am sure your DH is just frustrated...if this one makes good money, it will be hard to totally give up the flipping for good.

Have a good one! I will be back later to report my workout. (At least I better be!!!!!)

Jen - Winning by Losing is the first book she put out and Making the Cut is the 2nd one (how to lose the last 10-20 pounds - for the latter). Both of them have circuits in them. You can check them out at Amazon.com. I usually buy from the Marketplace on Amazon and it's cheaper. It's really hard to make "a lot" of money on these houses with the amount of work you need to put in them and then there's the sitting on the market while you're paying on it part that adds to the expenses. To really do half decent, you'd need to have 5 going on at a time (at least). I'll let you know which house was more stressful when this one's over.........cuz it ain't over till it's over. My DH also says we're not going to Vegas any more. I think he's said that before and we've gone. I guess he likes to blow off steam? I don't know. Sorry you had a bad eating weekend. I'm always famished. Wish I could just go hungry.
