Morning -
This morning I did Spinervals Enter the Red Zone. Workout was 65" and I burned 476 calories. This was a toughie. I can't seem to get my HR to 95 or 100% like your supposed to though. I guess I'll have to practice. The highest I got mine was 91-92% of max. My legs are fried. I also did Lotte Berk Blast from Essentials 10" and Yoga on Zuma Beach with Nancy Sutton 30".
Jen - how's your dog doing today? I'm so sorry you're going thru that with your dog. That is so hard. My heart goes out to you.
I probably should mention these yoga DVDs to you in case you're interested. I read about them on VF and bought them for $7.50 each. You basically just pay shipping for them and after you try it, you can give a donation if you want to (which I didn't.....but I talked to Nancy about it -- the instructor).
The Series is called Yoga to Go and they are done at various places in California and have no music....just the sounds of nature. One is 30" and done at Zuma Beach with the ocean sound and one is done at the Yuba River in California (quite nice) and is around 50" and the other one is around 55" and done at a Lake (can't remember the name). They are Hatha yoga and not particularly strenuous. I like them cuz of the scenery. I also conversed with Nancy via Email and she seems like a good person. The URL is www.nshouseofyoga.com if you want to check them out.
