Morning Ladies -
This morning I did Core Rhythms Salsa Blast - 36". I only burned 276 calories. I also did Dharma Yoga for Energy 20". Yesterday, I did AMy's Slo Mo total body mix and Shiva Rea's Radiant Heart Yoga 25".
Not a lot of time to workout, as I'm off today and the DH wants to go to an early movie.
Work was rough last night. Lots of call-off's and only 2 of us there. I worked the front register all night. I have a feeling the person who got stuck working my Thanksgiving shift screwed me and called off.....so I'm assuming they will do it again on Sunday. I work Sunday and Monday and that's it! I hate working the front cuz I have to straigten the chocolate aisles and I've been having chocolate attacks at work all of the time! Not good for me!
Off to soak in the tub and then use my Jai Mahal whipped body cream.
