Morning Ladie s-
This morning I only had time to do The Firm Cardio Overdrive - Express workout - 25" and then I did Cathe's Total Body Stretch 13". My alarm didn't go off and I have a morning meeting....so that's all I had time for. Semi rest day for me.
Have great workouts or rest days ladies. I've got to get my bath and get ready for our meeting with the Realtor this morning. I may go down the house and work today too. Got the carpets scrubbed here. My DH usually does them and he's NEVER done the upstairs, the stairs or the cellar landing....all of which I did and the water was disgusting. I'm OCD about it and feel like I need to do them again.
I'm still a bit sore from all the circuits this week and that makes me happy. I'm going to stick with them for a while. I'll probably do Jillians this week and Jeanette's for the next 2 weeks.
Have a great day! I'll be happy if I can fit some yoga in tomorrow. Must get up on time!
