Hi -
This morning was my first full "real" workout since I had to take time off for my surgery. I decided on 4DS for this week & I did Kickbox, Legs, Calves, & Abs. I'm excited to be back at it again, finally, & I'm happy that I don't seem to have lost a ton of strength.
Lora - I saw your reply about Kettlebells but I didn't have a chance to reply. Let's see... I'm doing 25-30's for chest presses, 20-25's for flyes, 30's or a 40-45 lb. BB for back, 10's for kickbacks, 15's through 25's for overhead tricep presses, 30-35 lb. BB for skullcrushers, 20-25's for hammer curls, 15-20's for standard curls, a 30-35 lb. BB for biceps, 15's for overhead presses, 12's for bent arm side laterals & arnolds, 10's for straight arm, & 12-15's for upright rows. Is that enough? I gave ranges because I can usually do at least some with the heavier weight but sometimes I need to drop down, depending on the exercise. Do you need lower body information too? I can match Cathe but since I tend to bulk, I don't always do that. Not sure if I'll proceed with KBs (I didn't realize there were so expenxive!) but I would like to know what I'd need to get if I do decide to purchase some. Great workout this morning. I am really interested in that DVD.
Yve - Oh my goodness, I thought you might have had your bundle of joy since we hadn't heard from you in awhile. I'm so happy for you! CONGRATULATIONS to you & your DH. Enjoy! I know you're going to be very busy but please try to pop in from time to time & let us know how you're doing... & maybe to post a picture of your precious baby boy too.
Hi to everyone else who might pop in later too...
Well, better scoot out of here for now. I hope everyone has a good day. Take care!
