Trying to Fit Yoga In for Mon March 12

Hi Yoga Ladies -

I guess I'm a bit late starting this today. It took me a while to get back here today. It's been an odd day. I did Mindy's All System's Go and then SWAT Strength. I added on the Bar Method blast. I also did some gentle restorative yoga.

Not feeling like myself today. I didn't get into that Mindy workout at all this morning and stopped 45 minutes into it. It was more cardio than strength and I wanted something a bit more balanced. I think it was mostly a lower body and aerobic workout. I'll keep that in mind next time I do it.

Jen - Yes, Shaun kicks it up a notch on Fat Burning Cardio 2. Last time I did it after doing Cardio Coach on the Treadmill and it was real tough.

Hi Yve and Kel if you're around. What ever happened to Tammy?
 
Hi ladies,

Tonight I will do Seane Corne - 90 min vinyasa.

Lora - I'm feeling the same - and really hoping that it isn't the start of a cold or flu. Just exhausted today - and feeling cold and rundown.

Jen - Hope the work situation resolves itself soon and that those year-end financials get completed soon. That is alot of stress.

Hi to Meg and Kel.

BTW - Is anyone ordering the CIA presale? I got the email today from CK Sales. I don't know anything about them - are they fun and well choreographed?

Hi guys! Geez, something must be going around cuz I don't feel all the great today either. I did 30 min on the TM. I wanted to do more, but was beat. I might be able to squeeze in some yoga before bed. I could really use it.

Yve and Lora- I really hope you both feel better.

Sorry to have been absent this weekend, very busy!

Hi Ladies! Tonight's WO was Maximum Intensity Strength-Back and Biceps portions three times through. I really pulled this WO out of my azzzzzzzz this evening. I am sore absolutely everywhere, so it was really tough to find a body part to work. I couldn't skip tonight because I know I will be working late again tomorrow night.

Meg-We missed you! ;) Everyone at work was feeling tired today too-some are getting sick and for some it is just the daylight savings time adjustment. I haven't done any yoga for a few weeks and I miss it! Hope you get some in!

Lora-Hope you feel better! DH and I are taking Benadryl's at night because everything here is blooming like crazy and making our sinuses go haywire. I can only imagine what you must be experiencing. Take it easy and rest if you need to!

Yve-Hope you feel better, too! Are you sleeping any better?
